For all. All teachers and members and lovers of FlowFabrik. And also your best friend who have never heard of us.
You are welcome to bring your friends, partner and children along.

This is an outdoor event. In case of bad weather the event will be cancelled. We will give notice Friday the 8th of April.

14:00-14:40 Outdoor HIIT | Offenes Niveau | Lehrerin: Janine Böni (Deutsch)
15:30-16:30 Yoga im Freien | Offenes Niveau | Christie Cunningham (Englisch)
16:45 - 17:15 Eva Blanco (die normalerweise montags in der FlowFabrik Soft Yoga unterrichtet) wird auf ihrer Handpan, schamanische Trommel und ihr Gong spielen und eine wunderbare Stimmung und Vibration erzeugen. Eva ist eine professionelle Musiktherapeutin.
17:00 The fire is on. Du kannst grillen oder chillen und essen geniessen.
BRING:
- You own drinks. To keep the costs and work down we kindly ask you to bring your own drinks incl tea and coffee (there be a water boiler for FX tea/coffee)
- If you wish to grill for dinner, you will have to bring whatever you wish to grill (We will provide different salads, bread, and other good stuff (incl dessert))

The badi is closed on the date of this event. So you can not use the main entrance. You will find a blue gate on the side of the park of the Badi. You can use this entrance. It is across the street from Rütihofstrasse 30.
