In our BARRE classes we combine standing Pilates, ballet positions, aerobic and cardio work. We have picked the most beneficial movements from each discipline and merged them into this workout.

These lessons will sculpt your arms, work your core, tone your legs and firm your buttocks. Also, we will build balance, stability, strength and experience joy in the body, mind and soul.

In other words a super fun and effective workout which will challenge you.
