Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another using your breath as a guide. In our classes we spend time in each asana/pose, setting it up correctly and connecting to the core of the pose. When we are aligned and warm and ready, we start to flow.
These classes invite you to come deeply into your body and breath. Thus, we calm the mind. Sometimes we are even lucky enough that a gateway to the soul opens.
This yoga style is commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are alike. Enjoy the invigorating yet relaxing flow.
