Meditation and Philosophy Club is a monthly 60-minute meditation and philosophy course held on one Monday a month from 17:30 to 18:30. (in studio, online, and on demand)
In this class, we practice meditation and explore the insights of ancient yoga philosophy—not in a religious way, but as a source of inspiration and practical wisdom for daily life.
If you’ve attended one of Hanne’s yoga classes, you know she likes to share small insights and "food for thought" at the start. Meditation and Philosophy Club takes that even further, combining meditation practice with life coaching and philosophical reflections. It's a space to reflect, recharge, and integrate timeless wisdom into your everyday routine.
Beginner?
Meditation (and yoga asana, for that matter) is 99% practice and 1% theory, and the best way to learn is simply to begin.
In this club, we focus on creating a supportive space where you can explore meditation at your own pace, no matter your experience. You’ll gain practical tools and insights to carry mindfulness into your daily life, starting with where you are right now.
Drop-ins are always welcome—join us whenever you feel inspired to practice or reflect.
What You’ll Experience:
- Guided Meditation: A longer meditation to calm the mind and deepen your practice.
- Yoga Philosophy for Life: Practical and inspiring lessons from ancient yoga philosophy that you can apply to your day-to-day life. Think of it as a form of coaching to help you live more mindfully.
- Take-Home Practices: Simple tools to carry your meditation practice into your life at home.
What’s the Theme?
Each class will have a different theme, inspired by the "wave of the moment." Themes will vary, always offering fresh insights and practices to support your growth.
Stay Connected Between Classes:
- Class Recording Access: All participants—whether attending in-studio, online, or via recording—receive 30-day access to the session. You can revisit the meditation and philosophical lessons whenever you like.
- Follow-Up Support: A few weeks after the class, you'll receive an email with:
- Encouragement for your home practice.
- A bonus recording—either a guided meditation or a short mindful yoga session—to deepen your journey.
