In our fast-paced modern world, many of us carry tension, stress, and a constant push to control outcomes. This can leave us feeling rigid, overwhelmed, and disconnected from ourselves.
Softening like water offers a different way — a path of ease, resilience, and gentle strength.
Water is a perfect metaphor for how we can relate to life. It flows around obstacles rather than crashing into them. It adapts without losing its essence. It is soft on the surface but holds deep power underneath.

When we learn to soften in our bodies and minds, we invite several profound benefits:

The practical part:

When:
Starts Sunday, July 13th – Ends Sunday, August 17th
(A new practice is shared every Sunday (6 Sundays in total)

What:
  • Every Sunday, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message with a link to your weekly audio files. Each week includes:
    • A guided meditation, carefully designed to help you soften tension, calm your nervous system, and build inner resilience.
    • A mini-podcast (5–10 minutes) offering insights from yoga philosophy and coaching, real-life examples, and thought-provoking reflections to help you embody the art of softening in daily life.

For Whom:
If you’re alive, this program is for you. No prior experience or special skills required—just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself with kindness. Whether you're new to meditation or returning to it, this is a space to land, soften, and grow.

How Do I Get the Files?
You’ll receive an email every Sunday morning with your meditation and podcast. These will be shared via WeTransfer.
You’ll also be added to a WhatsApp group (Optional) where I’ll share the same content.

Do I Get to Keep the Audio Files?
Yes! All audio files are yours to download and keep forever. Return to them anytime you need grounding, softness, or space to breathe.

Weekly Time Commitment:
Each week’s audio is about 20-30 minutes total. The format is designed to be spacious and sustainable—perfect for a quiet morning, a sunny walk, or a reflective break in your day.
You can listen when it suits you best.

Language:
The program is guided in English.
