Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another using breath as your guide. 
In our classes we spend time in each asana/pose, setting it up correctly and connecting to the core of the pose. When we are aligned and warm and ready, we start to flow.

These classes invites you to come deeply in to your body and breath. And through that, we calm the mind. Sometimes we are lucky enough that a gateway to the soul even opens for a while as well.

This yoga style is commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. This keeps our yoga classes fresh for your mind and body with this invigorating yet relaxing flow.
