In our barre classes we combine standing pilates, ballet positions and areobic. We have picked the most beneficial movements from each discipline and merged them in to this 60 minute workout. This class will sclupt the arms, work the core, tone the legs and firm the bottocks.
We also incoorperate cardio work.
Almost all movemens are made by only using the weight of your body, making it super safe, super accessible and still challenging.
This class is a no impact workout (meaning: it is safe for your joints!) that builds balance, stability, strength and overall joy in body, mind and soul.
