Take an hour to find some peace amidst the frantic pace of life. This class will help you develope a powerful awareness practise of tuning in to our mental chatter, listening with curiosity and then capturing our experiences through the art of journaling. Each weekly practise will begin with a short grounding body scan, moving into a mindfulness meditation and ending with time for journalling - a way of writing down any thoughts or ideas that arise during the sitting practise. Do wear some comfortable clothes and bring a journal or notebook and an open and curious mind.

About your teacher:
My name is Bella Groff. I'm a British Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Mindfulness teacher. In my work supporting adults overcome depression, anxiety and stress I encourage a lot of Mindfulness and journalling practises. By paying more attention by sitting with our minds and writing down our thoughts we create powerful ways of connecting to ourselves and increasing self awareness. In this opening up we can develop a different relationship towards our thoughts and nurture a new way of being. So please come and join me in this soft calm space that helps you return to yourself and be still.
